GRHS 2017

Grad Ball Parents Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 7 PM in the High School Cafeteria. At this meeting we will be revealing the Art and Design Theme Box. We will be discussing our upcoming Beesteak Auction and Fundraiser, 50/50 tickets and a lot of other very important information.

We hope to see everyone at this meeting!
Parent T-Shirts, Town Fair and Tear Down
  • The Parent T-Shirts are in. Veronique Bella and I will be distributing them on Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14 from 7 PM - 8 PM in the Hamilton Lobby of the high school (main entrance where the security desk is). Please come by and pick up the T-Shirts you ordered.
  • We need your Grad Ball Ticket $. It is $60 per child and checks are payable to Grad Ball 2017. If you have not paid yet please bring your check to the T-Shirt pickup. Dan Kastelman will be coming by to pick up the checks from me on both nights. Any questions please contact Dan at
  • Tear Down is Saturday, June 25 beginning at 8 am. Breakfast, lunch and beverages will be provided. We cannot stress enough that we need as many parents as possible for this task. Our goal is to complete the Tear Down on Saturday. Future email to come on what to bring to Tear Down.
  • Town Fair - we still need a few more volunteers for Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. We need to fully staff the games in order for this to be a successful fundraiser. If you signed up to work the fair but have not heard from Wendy or Jill, please contact Wendy
  • Hospitality - we will be providing breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks for Tear Down. Amy Smith will be in need of volunteers to help provide the food and beverages. We will be in touch shortly to get this set up.
